STARTING AFRESH.

Hey lovelies

Happy weekend❤️

I’m sure seeing the title you felt like not again as per

you’ve probably read it somewhere before or read

something similar to the topic.

Well, yeah it might be similar but you’ll gain something

new or renew some old knowledge gained before now😊.

I would like to share a story.

If you’re following me on Instagram then you’ve read the

story already but nevertheless  keep reading😊.

This topic dawned on me yesterday while searching for

something and I came across a bag which I stored my

materials for bag making, and I started thinking of starting

afresh but before then, I thought of why I stopped and

honestly I didn’t have any cogent reason as to why I

stopped making the bags (I mean I had great sales).

What then is Thegabbytable trying to say you must be

asking.

There are things we’ve probably started in life’s journey

that was either going well or bad and you just stopped all

of a sudden, like if someone walks up to you right now

and ask why you stopped you’d realize that your

reasons are not cogent just like mine wasn’t.

I’m no motivational speaker but I want to encourage  you

that there’s no harm in starting afresh, no harm starting

over again, because it’s possible to get it right the second,

fourth or even tenth time as long as you keep the positive

spirit high.

In the process of our spiritual growth, you must have

stopped doing somethings you used to do(praying,

studying the Bible etc.) but who says you can’t start over

again and continue the race. The devil will make you

think or feel like you’ve stopped and there’s no way you

can start afresh that would make it better, he would make

you see reasons why you shouldn’t start afresh but you

just have to fight it, be vulnerable with God tell him how

you feel, what you feel, why you feel the way feel and

trust him to fill up the void.

It could be your diet routine, gym routine, a business,

whatever it is that you started and suddenly just had to

stop because of some invalid reasons that might still seem

valid to you, I think today is a call to wake up, stand up

and work on STARTING AFRESH because a new dawn

has come and God has given you another chance to start

afresh, don’t misuse it but use it well to the fullest and see

how things would get better.

NB:

After reading pen down the things you stopped and write beside it the reason(s) why you stopped and give them validation based on the knowledge you’ve gained today, if you consider them still valid fine and if otherwise then make plans towards making them work again.

Thank you for reading❤️

MEMORIES.

Hey lovelies, I do hope you’re doing great. So, I’d like to thank you for reading my last post, for sharing and commenting, I love you❤️. So today’s write up is going to seem more like a poem or journal I really don’t know which to call it, but I hope it keeps you occupied and you learn a thing a two from it😌. Enjoy my little piece🤗. What is life without memories? What is life without moments? What is life without people? What is life without memories? Memories are gifted scenarios Memories are unforgettable  Memories are cherished Memories remind you of the moments  Memories can be good Memories can be bad A of a single memory can either bring a smile to your face or bring tears to you. Memories are a gift to us as humans Memories are to remember at some stages of life. Memories are to be made and created every step of the way. Memories are what we should have and cherish. Some memories can be bad and some good, but all that matters is that they are memories and you remembe...

CONSISTENCY PART2

I t’s that time of the week again and I’m glad you’re  reading this☺️.  Today we’re going to be looking into what it cost to be consistent, because being consistent as some will say  “no be beans” it takes a lot from us as Christians. It is expected of us when we say, “I’m a Christian,” that we model it consistently before others. Not  perfection. Consistency.  But spiritual consistency is costs. In regard to my car,  it  cost me a battery. In regard to our faith, the costs are pricier: Again, spiritual consistency doesn’t mean we’re  perfect, but it does mean we’re honest. It costs us our  pride as we confess our sins to God and to one another   (1 John 1:9; James 5:16). It costs us some sleep, as we get up perhaps 30  minutes earlier to make our relationship with God our  priority each day (Proverbs 8:34-35; Mark 1:35).  Spiritual consistency costs us the daily sacrificing of  our own wills and s...

CONSISTENCY (part 1).

Hey lovelies, Happy weekend☺️. I hope y’all doing good and walking in faith. Before reading, prepare your mind and heart to learn and unlearn, understand and be enlightened on things. Consistency in the walk of the Spirit is what produces the power of God. The problem is we have a lazy generation who wants to experience power without sacrifice! We have a lazy church who wants impact without power and power without spiritual pressure! So in the end what we have is a church that resembles the world and not a world that resembles the church! 2 Chronicles 5:13-14, "It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the Lord; and when they lifted their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the Lord, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the Lord; So that the priests could not stand to minister because ...
