TRACING THE DOTS.

 Hey lovelies,

Happy new monthπŸ€—, I pray for more of God’s evident presence this month in Jesus name.

Don’t forget to always pray without ceasing.

Today’s topic of discussion is sounding like some CID  or Sherlock Holmes kind of thing πŸ˜‚ but I hope after reading this you try and trace the dots if you feel like you’ve lost the touch.

Tracing the dots or in a better way getting it right.

In life as humans and as Christians we default, of course, we aren’t perfect so we have to default at a point in time or the other. Defaulting isn’t the issue but knowing when and where you’ve defaulted and correcting the default or making sure it doesn’t happen again is always the issue.

A lot of times we hear people say things like “I used to be a prayer person before but now I don’t know what happened, I can’t even explain” does that person sound like you? Are you feeling that way?

At any point in life where you have to say these words have it in mind that something went wrong but the power hasn’t left all it needs is to be fed and activated. It’s like having a good generator then suddenly the generator stops working and now becomes faulty, it’s not that if It’s been repaired it won’t work but I leave it like that without repairing and without use I would say something like “ and this generator used to work before and all of a sudden it doesn’t work again, I don’t know what happened to it”, the fact is you cannot know because you didn’t even bother to check the generator or take to for repair.

This illustration is similar to a Christians life. Once you notice something was right 2 years ago and now it doesn’t feel right go to your prayer room, observe your quiet time, think or ask God to reveal to you what went wrong, try as much as you can to be Sherlock Holmes of your life at that point because your life is lacking something it had years back where you were all hot for Christ.

How do you trace the dots?

  • Write down the things you were involved in when it seemed like you were getting it right and the things you are doing now that you think it’s all wrong.
  • Prayerfully and carefully without sentiments.
  • Be intentional about it.
  • Stop worrying about how you lost it and do the needful.
  • Study the Bible, everything you need to know is in there.
  • Fellowship with God more often, the deeper you go the faster you activate your gift.

I hope this helps you to take that step to reignite the fire in you. You should know that the Holy Spirit didn’t leave you but rather you didn’t feed nor activate it and so he became dormant in your life.

So, today trace the dots, rebuild yourself for the work of God.

Don’t think this only works for this scenarios, are you also trying to figure out life and life’s lessons(not mistakes) that you’ve made, take the steps above too and I pray you can trace the dots and do or be better.

Thank you for reading, I won’t be posting more content if you don’t read them πŸ€—.

STARTING AFRESH.

Hey lovelies   Happy weekend ❤️ I’m sure seeing the title you felt like not again as per  you’ve probably read it somewhere before or read  something similar to the topic. Well, yeah it might be similar but you’ll gain something  new or renew some old knowledge gained before now 😊 . I would like to share a story.  If you’re following me on  Instagram then you’ve read the  story already but  nevertheless  keep reading 😊 . This topic dawned on me yesterday while searching for  something and I came across a bag which I stored my  materials for bag making, and I started thinking of starting  afresh but before then, I thought of why I stopped and  honestly I didn’t have any cogent reason as to why I  stopped  making the bags (I mean I had great sales). What then is Thegabbytable trying to say you must be  asking. There are things we’ve probably started in life’s journey  that was either going well or ...

CONSISTENCY PART 3

Happy Weekend lovelies,  I hope your week was great😊. Today we are looking into consistency in a different  dimension or revelation 😁 and it’s subtitled “THE  CURE FOR INCONSISTENCY” How do you develop spiritual consistency that blesses  your family? Abraham acted foolishly, but he also  modeled what to do when you have fallen by repenting  and, eventually, renouncing his sin. Abraham had an underlying selfishness and fear that led  him to come up with a strategy of self-protection. He  wasn’t convinced that God would or could protect him;  so, he put in place a plan to protect himself. His bad  decisions (fruit) flowed from that false belief (root). Part of the healing process is to get below the surface of  the fruit (what you see as the problem) and deal with the  root. What is the underlying lie you believe and the  strategy you have put in place around it? Repent of that  and renounce that. A consistent Christi...

Due to the outbreak of the pandemic, there has being a total lockdown in major parts of the country and also activities has been forceful stopped and also caused people their job as company owners see it at an opportunity to lay off people using lack of  funds to pay salary as the excuse which has led to some further annoyance from the public as people can’t go about their daily activities and earn their daily living or monthly earnings.  Aside from the effect it has on the different sectors of the country the one important sector it has affected greatly is the educational sector.
